About Our Founder
RETAIL 1 was founded in 2018 by Sasmit Mishra, after more than a decade of working with leading brands and national retailers. During that time, he saw a recurring challenge—great ideas often fell apart during execution. Projects would lose momentum between concept and rollout, slowed down by fragmented vendors and a lack of clear ownership.
Sasmit started RETAIL 1 to fix that gap. His goal was to build a single-window partner that could take a retail concept from idea to installation, backed by in-house design, manufacturing, and skilled teams across regions for faster turnaround.
Today, RETAIL 1 brings together architects, designers, engineers, production experts, and site managers under one roof. This integrated setup ensures every project meets high standards of quality, precision, and efficiency.
