About Our Founder
RETAIL 1 was founded in 2018 by Sasmit Mishra after more than a decade of working with leading brands and national retailers. He recognized a recurring challenge: strong ideas often failed during execution—too many vendors, too little accountability.
To solve this, Sasmit created RETAIL 1 as a single-window partner that takes retail concepts from idea to installation. Today, the company operates with in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, highly skilled teams, and a strong regional presence, enabling seamless coordination, faster turnaround, and uncompromising quality across every rollout.
